Acquisition

• New Internet customers 1, 2 or 3 Year Term
• Acquisition customers will roll to month to month pricing once their term commitment ends.
• Early termination fee applies to Acquisition pricing.

Early Termination Fee (ETF)

ETF applies to early disconnection of Internet service as follows:

• 1 Year – $33.33 X number of remaining months in Internet term
• 2 Year – $25.00 X number of remaining months in Internet term
• 3 Year – $22.22 X number of remaining months in Internet term

Month to Month (MTM)

Installation charges for new internet customers:

• Month to Month – $70.00 NRC
• Acquisition Plan – $20.00 NRC

Wi-Fi Router Fee

• Waived when customer selects Acquisition Offer
• $10.00 MRC lease fee applies once the Acquisition term expires
• MTM -Customer must lease or purchase Wi-Fi Router from Frontier
• Lease $10.00 MRC or Purchase (1-time charge) – $200.00 NRC
